Great Place to live!

I've lived here at Hanover Mills for a couple of months and can speak to how great it is to live here! Everyone I've met - neighbors, staff, adjacent businesses - have all been wonderful people. The apartment is clean, bright and easy to take care of. The maintenance staff and sales personnel are second to none! No matter what I have a question about they are always available and quick to fix them! Everything I need (storage unit, church, grocery store, Target, movies, haircutting, dry cleaner & comic book store are all within 13 minutes!

Look Elsewhere

Just like living with your parents. You have to give notice to management if you have overnight guests. Apartment residents pay a fraction of what townhome renters pay and yet have more access to public parking spaces. Management will change rules and lease agreement with zero notice and occupants are expected to adapt. Ongoing sewage issues. Spend your $5K elsewhere.
