Review

The place is falling apart before it is barely finished. Experienced elevator failures repeatedly, with no notification. junk all over the place when it was still completing with no thought to safety, my sons apartment flooded and took 2 weeks to get back to functioning correctly. You do not know how to send an e-mail that makes any sense, send your admin to e-mail school. The entrance doors are on the wrong side of the buildings, and the building signs are confusing, resulting in constant delivery and pick up problems. Overall, huge disappointment.

#1 Parking, trucks and 18 wheel #2 Structure

I hope this information reaches senior staff. #1. I see that parking is a big problem, but at the same time we have personal trucks and from a company parking in 2 spots and also making it difficult to access others. On top of that, there is an 18-wheeler industrial truck that parks on Parsippany Rd. for about 4-6 hour "pit stop" with the engine running while visiting someone. (usually on weekends). If I'm right, we shouldn't have company trucks in our facilities. My understanding is that you guys are working with a towing company to eliminate any abnormal activity. Above all, parking is a problem, the trucks own the parking lot and the streets depending on how they want to use it, the 18 wheeler makes pit stops with the engine running loudly for hours in front of all the windows facing ParsipanyRd. #2. I have noticed that the structure around the escalators shows cracks on some edges, also on the frame of the bathroom stairs. I don't think it's dangerous but I would like someone who knows the structure to come see it. 2 parker lane

Jordan from maintence is amazing very tenative with his keeping up with tenants needs seen him plowing and running around this complex fixing things on the regular. Sue is not helpful rude and doesnt comply with tenants needs, shes very disrespectful.

Great location. Unbearable neighbors. Love the staff. Parking is a nightmare bc garages are not big enough for suv which makes residents with 2 cars overdlow into parking lot and reduces available parking for guests. I try not to leave my home after 3pm to avoid losing my parking space
